But whichever camera you choose, try to use the highest frame rate setting you can find. Frame rate is different from Shuttter Speed which helps to reduce motion blur and controlling exposure. For every frame rate you choose, double the shutter speed. For example:
A regular frame rate of 25 frames per second should be combined with 25 x 2 = 50 Shutter Speed (1/50th of a second)
